Installation guide

We are often asked about the choice of anchoring method, and the most straightforward answer is probably a bit boring: there is no one-size-fits-all solution.

Deciding on the most suitable type of anchoring depends entirely on several key factors: first of all, the specifics of the anchoring area, secondly, the kind of base on which the furniture is placed, and last but not least, the characteristics of the floor.

For this reason, we have compiled a brief guide to help you make the best choice of anchoring for your project needs.

Embedded in the Ground

Suitable for most surfaces, providing a permanent, beautiful and long-lasting solution. The embedded part of the legs needs to extend 350mm into the ground, ensuring that there is no interference with pipes, cables or other objects on the ground. The size of the embedded area should be approximately 500x400mm, and the legs need to be embedded in stable and well-compacted material. For embedding in grass, it is recommended to build the entire platform to ensure a solid foundation, avoid deterioration of the grass, and facilitate later maintenance.

Wall Mounting

A practical solution for roadside cafes, suitable for solid walls or the top of high walls. The attachment depth requirement is 100-200mm, depending on the bracket material and surface type.

Freestanding installation

Suitable for projects that require a high degree of flexibility, suitable for most types of ground, but not recommended for grass for ease of maintenance. There is no special depth requirement for this installation method, but the ground should be as flat, stable and solid as possible. Most freestanding models are designed to be fixed with surface mounting bolts, so there are fewer requirements for the type of ground. In addition, some models are equipped with adjustable legs.

Wall tops

Suitable for granite and concrete, wooden surfaces can make it more attractive. The installation requirement is between the top of the wall or a recessed area, and a simple and concealed attachment is required.

Surface Mounting

This is a permanent but more flexible solution, suitable for solid surfaces such as concrete, granite, solid wood and paving stones, but not suitable for asphalt. The attachment depth is also 100-200mm, depending on the bracket material and surface type.
