Yes, we are original manufacturer of the urban furnitures.

2, Do you have a sales team?

Yes, we have, our team will provide 7 x 24 hours service.

3, Is there a showroom?

Yes, sincerely hope to receive you at our showroom, it is a great place to get inspiration for your urban development projects.

4, Is there a warranty on the furniture?

Of course we provide the legal warranty for 2 years. However, we also guarantee the long life of our furniture beyond this. If you should find defects that are due to our production, we promise you – even after many years – that we will replace them.

Products

1, Is there a catalog?

Today, many things are possible online. To protect the environment and use as little paper as possible, we do not currently have a print catalog. However, we have designed our website so that you can use it like an online catalog. All products are listed in all variants.

2, Where can I find the technical data, colors, and text for tenders?

On the website, click “Products” from the main page. Then move to the desired product and click it. If you click “Product configuration” and then “Downloads,” you will find all information about the product you’re looking at. For those not detailed enough, you can contact our sales man for help.

3, How do I maintain the furniture?

For our furniture, we have consciously searched for materials that need little maintenance. Nevertheless, we have summarized the most important maintenance instructions for you, please refer to the Product Care page.

4, What furniture do you have in stock?

We do not have in stock items, but if for standard items, generally delivery time is 15 days around.
If customized items, will require 30 days around.
Accurate delivery time may depend on the purchased quantity.

5, Can I place a special order?

Yes, we support customisation and we have our own design team, can provide design customisation totally based on client’s requrirement.

6, Can I order material samples?

Please understand that we do not have our sample pieces in stock in all colors and materials. However, we will be glad to send you one material sample and our colors + materials brochure, which depicts all colors realistically.

Order

1, How to guarantee that you will provide the same items we ordered?

We will provide production drawing before production for your confirmation, after this shall go to the production step.

2, What is the order method?

Contact our project manager, we will issue the quotation form and contract for you.

3, Do you offer discounts?

Yes, price is different based on different purchasing quantity.

Shipping

1, What does transport cost?

Since the calculation of transport costs depends entirely on the transport volume and distance from our headquarters, we do not specify any flat fees. However, we will be glad to provide you with a quotation in which we calculate the transport costs for your specific inquiry. For this, we request a brief e-mail with the following details:

Desired model of the piece / item number
Desired quantity
Name of the project/delivery address with postal code
Name of the landscape architect, if known
Your contact data

2, To which countries do you deliver?

We support global transportation. Just send us an inquiry. We will find the best transport for you.

3, What are typical lead times?

Normally, we deliver 20 days around, accurate delivery time can be given after receipt of your written order.

4, How do you ship?

We ship our products on Euro pallets or on specially made one-way pallets. We place great value on space-saving packing in order to reduce transport costs and cargo space in the truck to a minimum.

5, Which delivery companies do you use?

Delivery costs depend primarily on delivery volume and the distance to the delivery location. That’s why, even when creating quotations, we search for the most suitable service providers in order to offer you the best possible transport price. We work only with expert, external delivery companies.

6, Is my delivery already on its way?

As soon as your order is ready to ship, we’ll call you. We’ll inform you about the shipping and confirm the delivery address with you. The delivery driver is instructed to phone you one day before delivery.

Assembly

1, How will the outdoor furniture be installed, do you have some instruction?

Yes, we will provide installation instructions for our client, all installations are very easy, do not worry about it. We will provide support until finished the installation.

Complaints

1, Is there a warranty on the furniture?

Of course we provide the legal warranty for 1-2 years, which is subject to different furnitures.

2, A piece of furniture that I ordered arrived damaged. What do I do now?

We ask you to check the goods to ensure they are in good condition while the driver is still present. If you discover transport damage, be sure to note this on the delivery slip and take good photos of the spot in question. Send us these immediately so that we can forward them to the delivery company.
If you do not make a note on the delivery slip, normally no claims can be made with the transport insurance. Therefore, please don’t forget to check the goods in the driver’s presence.

3, My furniture is defective. What do I do now?

Please send us an informative photo of the spot in question. If the problem is due to a production error, we will make sure that the part is replaced as quickly as possible. If the damage is due to something else (vandalism, accident, etc.), you can order replacement parts from us quickly and cost-effectively.

1, What's your position on “sustainability”?

We believe it is necessary to handle the world’s resources as sparingly as possible. It is our goal to make the most out of as few resources as possible, to produce as little waste as possible, and use as little energy as possible.
All individual parts of our furniture can be replaced easily and cost-effectively, so that the whole piece of furniture doesn’t have to be replaced if it is damaged.
In addition, we believe it is indispensable that all employees who participate in production work under safe, fair conditions.
