In 2024, we undertook the Israeli real estate customized GRC bench project, completed the drawing verification, mold making, casting demoulding and surface finishing according to the customer’s CAD drawings, and then accepted and carried out shockproof packaging and shipment according to the “layered stacking, staggered loading” plan.

Two major nodes of the project:

Detailed air holes: During the mold trial, the chamfers of the curved surface are prone to air holes. The mold exhaust hole layout and demoulding angle are adjusted, and small batch trial casting is carried out to ensure that the batch parts are qualified;

Transportation protection: The chair body is irregular, and the team designed a wooden bracket + shock-absorbing foam combination packaging, optimized the loading order, and increased the loading rate to ensure that it arrived intact.
