Project Name: Urban Pedestrian Street Furniture Design
Location: Ukraine
Products Used: Benches, litter bins, stainless steel bollards, tree grates

This pedestrian street project is divided into two primary zones: circulation corridors along both sides adjacent to the buildings, and a central multifunctional zone comprising leisure areas, quiet relaxation spaces, and a children’s playground. Through a systematic urban furniture design approach, the project maximizes the spatial value of the pedestrian street.

The central multifunctional zone is organized around benches as the core element. These are distributed across leisure and quiet seating areas to accommodate the resting needs of different user groups. At the same time, they help define safe activity boundaries for the children’s playground. With clean lines and a unified design language, the furniture minimizes visual intrusion and becomes an organic component of the space, reinforcing the pedestrian street’s overall coherence and contemporary character.

Adopting a people-oriented design strategy, the layout fully considers pedestrian flow and usage patterns. Benches are positioned near landscape focal points to allow visitors to sit and enjoy the surroundings. Litter bins and bollards are arranged along the main circulation routes, balancing practicality with spatial guidance. Through the coordinated interaction of these elements, the project creates an age-inclusive urban public space that integrates circulation, relaxation, and recreation functions.
